Service status
Check the real-time status and uptime of Chatasist services, review incident history, and subscribe to incident and maintenance notifications.
The Chatasist status page shows the real-time health of every Chatasist service in one place — so you can quickly tell whether an issue is on our side.
The status page lives at status.chatasist.com. It's public, so you can bookmark and share it — no sign-in required.
What you'll find#
An at-a-glance banner tells you whether all resources are operational, or whether something is degraded or down. Each service shows its current state and a 90-day uptime history.
Open and resolved incidents, each with a timeline of updates as we investigate, identify, and resolve the issue.
Upcoming maintenance windows, including which services may be affected and when.
Service-related announcements worth knowing about.
Services we track#
The status page covers the surfaces you use directly and the platform services behind them:
- Marketing Website, Web App, Chat Widget, and Help Center
- API, Calls (voice & video), Messaging Channels (WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, Facebook), Inbound Email Processing, AI Support Agent, and Background Jobs
Each service shows a 90-day uptime strip — hover over any day to see its status for that date.
Subscribe to updates#
Open the Subscribe tab on the status page and enter your email to be notified when an incident is opened or resolved.
To prevent unwanted sign-ups, subscriptions use double opt-in: after you enter your email, we send a confirmation link — you only start receiving updates once you click it. Every status email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, so you can stop anytime.
Seeing an issue that the status page reports as operational? It may be specific to your account or setup — check Troubleshooting first, then reach out from the app's help center.
