Organization settings
Workspace profile, branding, and AI.
Workspace-level settings live under Settings → Organization (Administrator only).
Profile & branding#
- Name and bio for the workspace.
- Logo used across the app and in customer emails.
- A separate ticket logo used specifically in ticket emails (set under Settings → Tickets).
AI#
The AI agent runs on Chatasist's managed AI infrastructure, so there's no model hosting or API key to configure — enabling AI and choosing a tone happens per channel (see AI agent).
The product exposes AI provider/model fields, but the platform currently runs all workspaces on its managed AI models. Treat AI as a managed capability rather than something you self-configure.
On the Growth and Scale plans you can enable BYOK (bring your own AI key), which also lifts the monthly AI-resolution quota. Enterprise runs on the platform's managed AI and is not BYOK. See Plans and Plan limits.
Delete workspace#
The Danger zone at the bottom of the page lets an administrator permanently delete the workspace. Deletion:
- Cancels the workspace's subscription immediately (you won't be charged again, including during a trial).
- Permanently removes every conversation, ticket, knowledge base, and setting.
- Removes every team member from the workspace.
To confirm, you must type the workspace name and prove your identity:
- If you set a password, enter your current password.
- If you signed up with Google (or your account never had a password), choose Sign in with Google instead and complete a fresh Google sign-in in the popup. The confirmation lasts 5 minutes.
Deletion cannot be undone. If you only want to leave a workspace, ask an administrator to remove you from Settings → Team instead.
